[CQ-Contest] DMR Chatgroup and Weekly Net/Roundtable

The first weekly Contesting Discussion Net will be held tomorrow (Wednesday)
at 1700 Pacific/2000 Eastern Time (0000Z on Thursday) on Brandmeister
Talkgroup 31021 (Contesting).

This is an open net that is for all levels of contester and for those who
are interested in learning more about radiosport. All are welcome and we
will adapt the net to include content that attendees want to discuss.
