[CQ-Contest] Indiana QSO Part this Saturday-Rule Changes

		NOTICE: Due to COVID-19, the INQP 2020 rules have been
modified to accommodate the Stay Home orders.
		A quick summary of changes implemented 18 April 2020:
		The following changes apply to Indiana stations.
		1.  Mobile, Portable and Rover entry categories are
disallowed.
		2.  The Multi-Single and Multi-Multi categories are allowed
only with certain limitations.
		3.  Two new categories, Distributed Multi-Single (DMS) and
Distributed Multi-Multi (DMM) are established for 2020. 
		Out of state (non-Indiana) stations:
		1.  Mobile, Portable and Rover entry categories are allowed,
though INQP recommends that everyone follow the rulings and orders in your
own area.
		2.  Multi-Single and Multi-Multi categories remain in place,
with the allowance that participants may be distributed across their
respective state/province/DXCC entity.
