[CQ-Contest] Geomagnetic storms likely to commence on 9 December, reaching strong storm level on 10 December

I am wondering if anyone wants to summarize
The possible effects of this on the ARRL 10 meter
Contest for this weekend

In plan language for those of us in need of it
I think this would help more than a few
Doing so is beyond my skill level :)
