[CQ-Contest] NCJ Servers - NAQP Teams

It has been brought to my attention there is an issue with the NCJ servers
which prevents Team Registrations.  In case this doesn't get resolve prior
to 1800 UTC you can send me your team lists at ac0w at arrl.net
<mailto:ac0w at arrl.net>  . However, I do suggest you keep checking to save me
the having to manually register the teams myself.
