[CQ-Contest] NCJ Wesbsite Problem?

I am trying to re-register the SECC/GCG team before NAQP SSB starts and 
when I try to go to the NCJ website, I get an error message "Error in 
establishing a database connection."  I can get to other websites OK.  
If the contest manager is receiving this message, I want to add KC8YRK 
as the fifth member of the team.  The other four remain as registered.
