Very good quality splitters, power combiners, and many similar products 
are made by a company called MiniCircuits. They've based in Brooklyn, 
been around forever, great catalogs, good internet presence. Not cheap, 
but worth the price. Catlogs include detailed specs for each product, 
with curves, specs, and tolerances.
