[CQ-Contest] Doctor DX clone (if you never used it, you just don't "get it")

I have just heard from the original author of Dr. DX.  He says he wrote 
a Windows version of it in 2015 (and even sent it to me) but I have no 
memory of it, nor can I find it on my old hard drive.  Awaiting more 
info, and his OK to post about it on the reflector
