[CQ-Contest] ARRL DX Contest Multioperator Station Guidelines

This reminds me of the CQ-WW Unlimited category (not sure if that was the name) which was in effect for a few years.  It allowed pretty much anything within the applicable contest rules and national regulations.  I think it was terminated too early, before it had a chance to produce something really interesting.
