[CQ-Contest] Multiple QP Contests / Standard County Codes

The county hunters have already solved this problem with their MARAC County codes, a 4-character abbreviation for each US county.  Add the state abbreviation and you get: TN HAMI, for example.

Hi Bob

I didnt know about these county codes. I’m imagining this exchange while
working K8MR/m at 42 wpm. Most of the QP county codes are similar to the
county name, but there  are exceptions... like some of those things n the
 VAQP or NewEng QP (every QP has them).
