Operator mentoring/learning and camaraderie are present at a physical 
multi. Far less so
A physical multi is usually a superior station, so builds operator skill 
by providing higher rate.

My objections have nothing to do with technology, it's about more calls 
to work. A DM provides one call to work. Those same stations signing 
their own calls increase the number of active stations, making the 
contest more fun for the rest of us.
