[CQ-Contest] A DX Contest on the WARC bands -- A terrible idea

The rules governing each of our FCC licenses explicitly require that, on 60
and 30 meters, we cause no interference to authorized non-amateur stations
(97.303(h) and (j)). Contesting on these two bands simply is incompatible
with complying with these requirements and meeting our obligations. In many
cases we wouldn't even be able to hear the station(s) that we must protect
through the contest bedlam that we all have come to love.
