[CQ-Contest] Original application of "spotting" network

Back in the early days during contests it was frowned upon to spot 
common countries like Germany, France, Great Britain, etc. because it 
was considered wasted bandwidth. But that was with 1200 baud RF 
connections and no computer software to filter needed multipliers and 
contacts. Now with high speed internet, computer logging and spot 
filtering you spot everything and your log tells you if it's needed or 
not. The big guns appreciate it on Sunday afternoons when rates are slow 
and they are looking for any new calls to work.
