I also recently replaced my earpads on my headset.  In my case it was on a
Yamaha CM-500.
I got them from Amazon.ca and they're called "Brainwavz velour earpads" for
$35.99 shipped (in Canada)

I love them.  They are a titch thicker than the originals so your ear is
"floating" inside the thick earpad cavity
and no longer touching the hard speaker surface, which happens when earpads get
old and squooshy.(and flaky too)

I will do the same to my Heils when they wear out.
