I'm curious how the rules favor the East Coast contingent.  I know it's the favorable NA location for international contests (along with the Caribbean) due to geography and propagation, but what rules favor it?
What are some of your rejected suggestions?

Thanks & 73,Ken, AB1J

Unfortunately all the rules for just about every major contest are
written for the benefit of those on the east coast corridor. For the
rest of us in flyover county if we make a suggestion our ideas are
disregarded and we are told to shut up and stop complaining.
