[CQ-Contest] Spoofed Self spots

Makes my point about the contest being dumb!  The answer to the first 
question says it doesn't matter what I copy, or that I actually copy 
anything more than their call. And the answer to the second says that 
the other station doesn't even have to be in the contest or send the 
correct exchange.

Contests should be entirely about what happens on the air, and what 
happens on the air should be a challenge. SS is a challenge. WPX, NAQP, 
CW Sprints are a challenge.
