[CQ-Contest] SAC CW 18-19th September

Please  explain to some Scandinavian operators to follow band plan.
For example during 2020 CW event there were misunderstandings.
Guys from Scandinavia calling CQ and participants calling them, wastes time
and loses points.
I checked only a few participants looking to very few open LOGs.
OH4AB, OZ2TF, OH5LLR, OH0V, OH1C, OH8A, OZ2U, SM0T, and others....
