Dennis, the fact that new sections are going to be added to contests is a
side-effect of Radio Amateurs of Canada ARES deciding to make
changes... The contest section changes aredriven by other matters.
NS and NB will become their own sections.
GTA will be renamed GH (Greater Horseshoe)
NT will become TER (Territory) because NT included Yukon, Northwest and
Nunuvit Territories.
Of course, the contest rules don't have to follow ARES section makeup, but
they will.
