Greetings Diddlers,

The 3830 list looked a little puny but I know there were several stations active that did not report. Welcome to NW2P, who is really NCCC member N6EE in his new east coast location. Also welcome to WT2P who is well known on cw but I’m not sure I’ve ever heard on RTTY. Welcome CJ and hope to see you again.

The countdown has started toward the big RTTY event of the new year: RTTY Roundup. Yes, you also get to do FT8/4 now but the bands will be full of all the diddles that we don’t hear any other time of year. So get your diddle machine polished up, join us Thursday evening, and be ready for the big weekend.

There are also practice sessions on Friday (NA Time) in case you have last minute problems:

2200-2230 UTC, 7 January (Friday afternoon NA time) - RTTY focus
2230-2300 UTC, 7 January (Friday afternoon NA time) - FT4/8 focus

0200-0230 UTC, 8 January (Friday evening NA time) - RTTY focus
0230-0300 UTC, 8 January (Friday evening NA time) - FT4/8 focus

The details of our little get together:

-- Same band dupes ok after 1 intervening Q.
-- 1 kHz QSY rule, otherwise standard Sprint rules
