[CQ-Contest] IARU Radiosport

Last time I looked, there was no M/2 class for “regular” entrants to IARU.
The WRTC teams operate as a M/2 (interlocked M/2 in Russia in 2010). I’m
not sure if there is a band change limit or timer for WRTC stations (I
suspect not).
