[CQ-Contest] Fwd: ARRL Digital Contest log help

I used the WSJT-X logger for the ARRL digital contest, which generated an
ADI file, which the ARRL won't accept for the contest.  I have tried to
find ways to convert it to a Cabrillo file, with no luck yet.  There is a
file converter by a SP7 ham I downloaded and ran, but it doesn't work
either.  It keeps coming back saying there is no <eoh> in the log and
therefore it isn't an ADI file, even though I added the <EOH> line before
the first line of log data.

Any ideas how I can get this into Cabrillo format?
