[CQ-Contest] IARU HF Championship 2022 - multiplier list of HQ stations

Because you have to copy more than 599 x  where x is the zone that the 
logging program fills in for most QSOs, and for the HQ stations, is 
something unfamiliar, and from guys who are usually sending fairly fast.
