[CQ-Contest] Who is OL7D?

Can someone tell me how to get in contact with this station, active this 
weekend in WAE RTTY?  The station's QRZ entry lacks the Detail Page, 
which means that all of their spots on the RBN are being mapped to 
Antarctica at 0 degrees longitude.  I assume they would prefer this is 
not the case.
