I don't know about this specific model, but lower spec NUCs can run on 
12-14VDC, which means they can run from the linear supplies that run 
much of the gear in our stations.

In my experience, the PSUs that Lenovo supplies with their laptops are 
relatively clean, but I still run both AC and DC cables through 
multi-turn chokes.
