[CQ-Contest] CQWW CW LCR "incorrect call"

Happens to me all the time, Jim.

Every major contest, about 10% of the exchanges are entered wrong. In my
case, I've lived in zone 4 for 15 years now (though I have done an
occasional remote from zone 5), AND I am listed as a callsign exception in
the CTY files as Z4/CO, so if the CTY file has been downloaded/updated in
the last 10+ years, the prefill should be correct. It's a msystery!

And similarly, in ARRL DX, despite being in CO for 15 years now, I still
see LCR busts where I've been "copied" in PA (not for 15 years), or once in
a while in NY (not for almost 50 years) or even NJ (never).
