[CQ-Contest] Most cost-effective sending of qsl's direct to qsl bureaus via delivery services

Hi All,

I have a total of several thousand qsl's from contest qso's that I need 
to send out to about 20 different country QSL bureaus.  DL, EA, F, G, I, 
JA, ON, SP, etc.

For countries where I have only a few qsl's I will mail them directly in 
an envelope.  But where I have a volume of qsl's for a particular 
country (more than 50) I need a better alternative.

I know the addresses of the various qsl bureaus but I do not know the 
most cost-effective way to send the qsl's direct.  For example:  The 
present USPS rates for 4 lbs of qsl's mailed to Germany is ~ $48.  I 
have noticed some international delivery services like myUS.com that are 
considerably cheaper but I have no idea whether they or other companies 
are reliable.  The ARRL Outgoing qsl bureau is $12 / lb (plus cost to 
get them to the ARRL) which will be fine for the non-volume countries 
but I'm sure that I can do better for the high volume countries.

I would appreciate any information that you can share on what 
cost-effective and reliable services there are out there that you have 
successfully used when sending boxes of qsl's overseas.
