MS-DOS 6.2 and CT Problems?

At AG6D this past weekend we ran three machines.  One ran MS-DOS 5.0, one 
ran MS-DOS 6.2 and one ran PC-DOS 5.02.  The machine running MS-DOS 6.2 
spit up all over CT v8.45 until I built a very innocent CONFIG.SYS for 
it.  Has anyone else had anything like this happen, or is my regular 
config file just too exotic? (I don't THINK so...)  Replies to me at 
merchant@crl.com, I'll summarize any answers, thanks.
