date entry windows

This could also be useful as a note pad...say one
window is open for logging and the other is
recording mulitplers being found while tuning
another band.  Typing in a mult on the 2nd
window would also record its frequency, then a
"control right arrow" could pick off those mults
just like the packet spot window.
