CQ WW RTTY

Hi All,

In preparing to attempt my first RTTY contact (what better time than during a
contest), I noticed that CT 9 does not correctly score the RTTY contest.

I am not terribly familiar with the rules, but to my understanding, contacts
within your own coutry count 1 point, continent 2 pts, and outside your
continent 3 pts.

CT 9 does not presently give a point to stateside contacts (when you are
stateside).
