In case it wasn't clear from my message:

If you're using CT 9, you should

GET cty.dat
GET history.cty

If your're using CT 8 or earlier, you should

GET arrl.cty
GET cqww.cty
GET iaru.cty
GET ctyhdg.pre
GET history.cty

Sorry if there any confusion.  I assumed that people would know what files
they need.
