CT BBS is back up

The telephone bulletin board (508-460-8877) has been down for a week
(problem with phone lines), but is now working again.  I just dialed in at
2:00 EST on Friday 2/10, 1900Z to the rest of the world.  Latest version of
CT is 9.16, Ken should be making CTY-501 availaable shortly.
