CT9.13 band map

Using the new band map feature of CT9 didn't work so well with non
computer controlled radios.  We couldn't figure any way to scroll up
and down to see spots that weren't centered on 14.175 on 20 meters
for example. Maybe that's fixed in CT9.20 but late fixes made us gun-
shy on the newest version.

Did we miss something obvious?
