Putting new ICOM on old CT

This is in response to query I was reading just as my USA ISP 
crashed.  I didn't note senders ID.

If CT does not support your new ICOM then you may be able to change
the address to be that of one of the listed models.  Here are addresses
of radios which are supported by some CT versions.  Given are the model,
hexadecimal (H) address and then decimal address:
761  1EH  30       735  04H   4      751A  1CH  28    751  1CH  28
737  3CH  60
