Is the CT-BBS woring?

I have tried to update my CT 9.23 on and off over a couple months.
I got up at 1 am to break the pile-up.  I called 12 times.  Twice
I got a busy signal but otherwise it would ring about 9 times 
before my software cut it off.   I'm calling 508-460-8877.

Anybody else having trouble or is it my setup?

Anywhere I can get an update of CT9+ on Internet?
