MASTER callsign database files uploaded for FTP access

I have uploaded the master callsign databases to ve7tcp.ampr.org.

    Master database dated November 16, 1994, containing both US/VE
    and DX callsigns:

    Master database dated February 11, 1995, containing only DX
    callsigns (no US/VE):

    Master database dated February 11, 1995, containing only US/VE

    Master database dated April 4, 1995 containing callsigns of VHF
    stations in US/VE:
