CT < PacketCluster scoring

Is there a Version of P2C for Version 9 of CT?  P2C reads a PacketCluster
DX.DAT file and makes a CT BIN file.  It "scores" the PacketCluster spots
made during a contest.  The copy I have works with version 7 of CT.
