[ct-user] CT BREAKDOWN sheet

K1EA informs me that the errors I mentioned in my recent posts were
fixed in the latest versions of CT. (9.33).

This includes the BREAKDOWN sheet errors, and also CT now puts your zone
on the SUMMARY sheet for CQWW.
