[ct-user] CT9 Internals

I know the CT8 file format is public domain; Is this also true for
CT9/are their any changes?

In addition, if their is any documentation floating around on
the network message format, I'd like to get my hands on it.  I can
watch the data flowing on the RS-232 line, but that's no fun!

What I want to do is build essentially a Windows version of
CT, able to run in a multi-multi w/CT on some nodes and
my Windows app on others.
