[ct-user] I'm confused

Hi all,

I'm new to this CT reflector.  You may have discussed this many times before.

I have version 9.25 on two different computers.  When I move a BIN file from
one computer to the other the times entered change by 3 hours.  The clock
chip on both machines is set to UTC.  Is there a setting I'm not familiar
with?
