[ct-user] FT-990 bug

Barry,
Nothing wrong at your end. It's in keeping with my expereince with the
same set up.  Use the FT-1000 setting, keep the VFO on A, don't use the
"clarifiers" if you want the bandmap correct.  Rx adds a fixed 5KHz, Tx
adds another 2.5KHz.  Split follows A.

WIsh the bugs were fixed so I could actually use all the features of the
transceiver.
