[ct-user] FT-990 bug

Was using FT-990 for first time with CT in WAE and getting weird 
stuff. When I try to log a QSO, I get an out-of-band error 1315840, 
and am unable to log anything.
If I enter a freq in the callsign field, it writes it to VFO B.
However, the Bandmap follows VFO A.

When I switch the Radio selection to FT1000D, it seems to work 
OK. This is with V9.27.
CT bug, or something on my end?
