[ct-user] Scrambled Field Day Data

I was cleaning up some files the other day and realized I had not
imported my 1997 field day data into DX Base.  In the past files have
come in just fine but in this case several things happened.
1.  The time was -7 hours
2.  The band was "down one" ie 40 was 20

Of course I had to enter the QRP data.

Anyone have any thoughts on why this might have happened?  I was using
the same comnputer set to UTC for both programs.
