[ct-user] F2 key and CW

Anyone else having trouble with the F2 key in CW mode.  Mine simply
stopped working as of version 9.3x.  I can set the exchange but cannot
get any transmission going.  Have tried serial and parallel interface
cables, new keyboard etc no luck!
