[ct-user] e-mail 10m logs

Hi Frank, all I did was paste and copy the 2 main documents from my 10m
log and sent them to the arrl. contest@arrl.org  They dont usually like
attatchments, and I know first hand that they take the "cut and copy"
method!  You should get a confirmation in a few days confirming your
submission.
