[ct-user] 9.37 Band change violation

I also am seeing this exact same  issue, and I reported it here a week ago 
and got one reply which did not help, it basically said to user multi single 
and don't worry because the Field Day exercise did not use a band change 
rule.   
Well both comments are incorrect, Field Day does have a band change rule, 
and I attempted to use Multi-Multi, Multi-Single, Single Unlimited and 
Single Op with the same results, it doesn't work (ie. band change violation 
on the networked computer).
