[ct-user] LPT port 'dealyed' keying.. HOW?

Two questions.

1. From which version onward is it possible to make CT FIRST send a PTT
   signal and then (I think the dealy is one dot) send the first CW sign.

2. How does the LPT interface look like that can do what is described
   above ?
