[ct-user] lpt port pinning for cw operation

Ok, I have connected the lpt port through the npn and the 1k resistor =
and got CT to send via the radio.  When I connect pins 12 & 13 via 10k =
to pin 14 and connect the paddles to pins 12 & 13 and ground to 11, CT =
will not send anything.  I know nothing is shorted, everything seems to =
be wired correctly but no signal to the radio.  I have tried this with =
9.27, 9.34 and 9.36 with no luck.  Any ideas???
