[ct-user] CT 7 TO CT 9

Hello,

I would like to know how to upgrade the *.bin files from CT version 7 that
were copied into CT version 9.  I would like to execute QSL9 and each of the
files so that the master.qsl file is up to date.  

I hope that this makes sense as it's late and it has been a long day.
