[ct-user] CT 9.37 and DRSI

I reported this to the CT-USER reflector about a month ago.  Ken Wolf
responded and most recently has told me that he is working on it, but it
won't get fixed in time for CQ WW SSB this comming weekend.  I hope he will
get it going by CQ WW CW, but its in his hands.
