[ct-user] CT and time

For all of the reason cited it is strongly encouraged to run CT under
MS-DOS and not under Win 95.  It's simple to partition your system and
have a real MS-DOS partition for running CT.  Also, old 386 and 486 PCs
are cheap enough to have a DOS box lying around for radio use.

Is this really that hard?
