[ct-user] TX8UA in CQWW SSB

HI !

Worked TX8UA on 20m in CQWW SSB. It was recognized as zone 9 and DXCC
French Guiana (FY) in CT.  I asked operator and he informed me that he
is in zone 32 - New Caledonia FK.

So be careful about that, new CTY file (27.Oct 98) doesn't recognize
him correctly.
